Shipping Policy

WxWorx offers several convenient shipping options.

Remember that these estimates are for time in transit only, and that they do not apply until the product leaves WxWorx’ facilities. As the delivery of your order is beyond WxWorx’ control once your order leaves WxWorx’ facilities, WxWorx cannot assume liability for late deliveries, regardless of the delivery method you specify.

WxWorx does not guarantee same day shipping for orders. We will work diligently to process orders the day they are received. Overnight orders received on Friday afternoon are not guaranteed for Saturday delivery.

Undeliverable Packages

Occasionally packages are returned to WxWorx as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to WxWorx, please contact WxWorx to make arrangements for reshipment.

Order Processing

The estimated shipment date on your order is based on product availability, payment processing time, and warehouse processing time and does not include transit time. WxWorx does not begin payment processing until WxWorx receives all of the credit card information that it needs, including authorization for full payment. WxWorx will begin payment processing for orders placed on weekends or holidays on the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Return & Exchange Policy

The WxWorx return policy allows for products purchased directly from WxWorx, excluding downloadable software products, to be returned by you after obtaining a WxWorx Return Material Authorization number (RMA) during the 30-day period following date of shipment by WxWorx for a refund of purchase price actually paid. The RMA number may be obtained from WxWorx Technical Support (256-319-9679), and must be noted on the outside of the returned product’s container. Products must be returned in the original packaging. Shipping and handling is not refundable. Damage and missing part restocking fees may apply. RMAs are valid for only 30 days from issuance. You are responsible for and must prepay all shipping charges and you shall assume all risk of loss or damage to product while in transit to WxWorx. If you return Product to WxWorx (i) without a RMA from WxWorx or (ii) beyond the 30-day period or (iii) without proper packaging, WxWorx retains the right to either refuse delivery of such return or charge you a restocking fee.

 

Proof of Purchase
WxWorx will send you a confirmation of your order via email if you have included an email address with your order. Additionally, your order will ship with a packing list included.
